I am an experienced Toronto-based engineer with experience in both software development and big data. I am proficient in Python, Scala and Rails.

I work as a Senior Data Developer at Shopify. My previous professional experience includes work in both the banking and insurance industries.

I hold a B.A.Sc in Computer Engineering from Queen's University (Kingston, ON) and an MSc in Data Science and Analytics from Toronto Metropolitan University (Toronto, ON). 

When I am not programming, I enjoy keeping active by practicing yoga, swimming, camping and surfing. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
